They offered me bottled water, soft drinks, and snacks after introducing the plush property. the marble bathroom was airy and bright with soft bathrobes, plenty of towels, and complimentary toiletries. the bed had soft sheets for a good night's sleep. the dining room was chic, airy, and served delicious breakfast and lunch. the staff was attentive and hospitable. the hotel manager was a lifesaver during my illness in the middle of the night. the chef cooked delicious meals on request.

For me, the only downside of this hotel was that I couldn't get a hold of anyone by phone, both during and after my stay. The listed telephone number didn't work, which was a bit frustrating.
